Return, Refunds & Shipping Policy

Returns

If your order is eligible for a pickup, carefully pack the item(s) in question in the same parcel. Pickup will be done within 10 working days from date of initiation. A subsequent replacement / refund will be finalized on a case to case basis once the parcel has been successfully picked up. The complete process will be done within 2 weeks from initiation.

Return of the item(s) will not be acceptable in following cases:

When item returned is incorrect.
When an item is damaged because of use / improper packaging or when it is not in the same condition as you received it.
When anything is missing from the package you’ve received including labels, original packaging, freebies, gift item(s) and other such item(s).
When non returnable item(s) are involved.
When item(s) have been tampered with.
Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will only be approved in case of faulty product packing or miss-delivery.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your payment operator, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
