Refund Policy

Dental Desk may provide trial access, subscription plans, setup support, and software services for clinics. Refund eligibility depends on the selected plan, billing cycle, and written agreement with the clinic.

Setup, customization, integration, domain, hosting, and third-party charges may be non-refundable once work has started or the third-party service has been purchased.

If you believe a payment was charged incorrectly, contact us within seven days with your invoice or payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
