Pre-Treatment Instructions
- Complete your 3D digital intraoral scan and diagnostic orthodontic assessment.
- Ensure all active cavities are filled and a dental cleaning is completed before aligner delivery.
Post-Treatment Care & Instructions
- Wear your aligners for 20 to 22 hours per day, removing them only to eat, drink hot beverages, and brush.
- Clean your aligner trays daily with cool water and a soft toothbrush (never use hot water which warps plastic).
- Switch to the next aligner set in your series every 7 to 14 days as directed by your orthodontist.
- Wear your retainers at night following treatment completion to lock your new smile in place.
